Overview

 

The walking, wineries and wellness weekend is a non cycling, relaxed all inclusive two days of exploring some of the well known, and not so well known gems of the Mornington Peninsula. The weekend is supported by minibus and features walks, wineries, fine food, mazes, galleries,hot springs and more. The pace of the weekend is slow and the itinerary variable according to weather on the day.

 

Cost

 

$450 per person (early bird rate $395)

  • Accommodation at a lovely resort with ocean views
  • Entrance to the indulgent Peninsula hot springs
  • Transportation in the minibus throughout the two days including pick up/drop off from various locations in Melbourne
  • Delightful meals for the two days focusing on local produce

Accommodation and group details

  

Accommodation is in a double or twin room share. Two couples who want to share a bigger apartment can do so at no extra cost. Single rooms are available at an additional cost of $80.

 

Numbers are strictly limited to 10 people. Participants must be over 21 years of age.

  3. 10:00 am            Glen Iris Train station (Melways 59 J8)
  4. 10:15 am            Alamein Train Station (Melways 60 D11)
  5. 10:30 am           Seaford Train Station (Melways 99 E3)

 

Note: Times for later pick up locations (Glen Iris onwards) will be fine tuned before the trip depending on requirements.

 

Pick up at your home may be negotiable depending on your location.

 

Itinerary and details

 

The itinerary composes of beach walks, bush walks, lookouts, galleries, wineries, hot springs and much more. Please note that the itinerary may be slightly altered according to weather conditions and group preferences. Particularly in relation to walks planned. Also note that on some occasions you will have choices of activity, so those you want to more active are happy and those who want to be more indulgent can… indulge!
